Business Analytics Analyst

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major, preferably majoring in Business or Information System.
• Required 3+ years of experience, with minimum 1 year as business analyst intelligence.
• Passionate and high curiosity on data.
• The candidates with prior experience in Holding analytical role within e-commerce or telecommunication industry is preferred
• Good understanding on business process principle from planning, execution and evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking and able to distill big data, quickly identify trends, patterns, outliers and have various perspectives.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic statistics.
• Able to business intelligent tools and statistical software will be an advantage.
• Have a good interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
