LMAN is Public service agency (BLU) under the Directorate General of State Assets of The Ministry of Finance (DJKN Kemenkeu). LMAN was officially established on 16 December 2015 and its operation started on June 2016. The legal basis for the establishment of LMAN is Presidential Decree 102 of 2016 concerning Funding of Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest in the Framework of Implementation of National Strategic Project, and PMK 219/PMK.01/2015 on Organization and Working Procedure of State Asset Management Agency.
At the moment, Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara is pleased to announce the following vacancies for immediate recruitment

Direktur Operasional dan Manajemen Risiko

Requirements

• Maximum age of 45 years old.
• Minimum S1 degree in Management, Economic Development, Engineering or related.
• A minimum of 10 years working period in the field of property development, with 5 years of experience in managerial level. Preferably have experience in leading a property development project.
• Have good understanding about the management concept of property asset management.

Kepala Divisi Riset, Konsultasi, dan Manajemen Risiko

Requirements

• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Minimum S1 degree in Economics, Management, Business or related.
• A minimum of 7 years work period in the field of property development, with 3 years of experience in Team Leader positions, preferably for those who have market research experience.
• Have good understanding about the regulations in the field of research and consulting management.

Kepala Divisi Pengembangan Usaha, Komunikasi, dan Hubungan Kemitraan

Requirements

• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Minimum S1 degree in Communication, Management or related.
• A minimum of 7 years work period in the field of Sales Marketing, with 3 years of experience in Team Leader positions.
• Have good understanding about the regulations and or have experience in the fields of business development, communication, and partnership relationships.
• Communicative and good looking.
• Preferably have experience in the field of Property.

Kepala Divisi Pendayagunaan Properti I

Requirements

• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Minimum S1 degree in Asset Management, Marketing or related.
• A minimum of 7 years work period in the field of Sales/Marketing in property, with 3 years of experience in Team Leader positions.
• Have good understanding about the concepts and strategies in Marketing.
• Good looking.
• Have good understanding about the regulations in the field of management and utilization of State Property, understanding management and marketing strategies, and communication science. 

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Age as of 3 November 2018:
• Maximum 45 years old for the position of Director.
• Maximum 40-42 years for the position of Head of Division (adjusted to the intended position).
• Good English skills, both oral and written.
