Pandu (Pilot Service)

Requirements

• Age on 31 December 2018
• Minimum 30 years old.
• Maximum 39 years old.
• Possess certification in Seafaring Expertise, minimum ANT-III (ANT-II and ANT-I will be prioritized).
• The period of sailing as a Ship Crew of 1000 GT (preferably Master) is at least 3 years.
• Physically and mentally healthy and drug free.
• Minimum height of 160 cm.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have basic swimming skill.
• Willing to be placed in all working areas of IPC Group.
• Willing to undergo official bond with IPC Group.
• Willing to follow Diklat Calon Pandu held by Directorate General of Sea 
• Transportation for those who do not have a Pandu Education Training Diploma
