At present, PTPN 3 Group is the majority shareholder at PTPN 12, with 90% of ownership. Other 10% remaining shares in PTPN 12 was owned by the Government of Indonesia. PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII was established in 1996 as a merger results of 3 state plantation companies, namely ex PT Perkebunan XXIII (Persero), PT Perkebunan XXVI (Persero) and PT Perkebunan XXIX (Persero).
To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII are seeking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to join as

1. S1 Teknik Arsitek (TARS)
2. S1 Teknik Sipil (TSPL)

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Maximum age of 28 years old on 1 December 2018.
• Background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
• Willing to be assigned in all working area of PTPN 12.
• Preferably for those who have experience in relevant field.
• Physically and mentally healthy and not involved in drug abuse.
• Never been convicted of a crime.
• Never been dishonorably discharged from government or private legal institutions or entities.
