Customer Services Officer (CSO)

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Minimum height 165 cm / proportional weight (according to Body Mass Index) for male
• Minimum height 160 cm / proportional weight (according to Body Mass Index) for female
• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major (preferably in Language or Tourism)
• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale for state university graduates and 3.00 of 4.00 scale for private university graduates
• Not married (proven by Not Married Certificate from Kelurahan / Village)
• Physical and mentally healthy (proven by Drug-free Certificate from hospital)
• Not wearing glasses (minus) and not color blind (proven by Certificate from hospital)
• Attractive look (good looking) and friendly
• Fluent in at least 2 languages ​​(Indonesian and English) both oral and written
• Have good communication skill both verbally and in writing
• Computer literated at least Microsoft Office and Excel
• Willing to work with shifting system
• Willing to be placed in throughout ​​PT Angkasa Pura Solusi operational area
• Placements: Husein Sastranegara International Airport (BDO) and Kualanamu International Airport (KNO)
