Essential Experience and Job Requirements

• Has 5+ years of experience in a physical or financial trading or financial control environment; preferably energy.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• A strong desire to develop global leadership capability as an individual contributor, engaging both Singapore and Indonesia office stakeholders to drive IST Indonesia growth agenda.
• Able to grasp and communicate trading and M&O strategy and risk in layman terms for non-technical audience, while highlighting the key economic effects.
• Self-motivated with the intellectual ability and curiosity to read, interpret, and maintain current knowledge of relevant trading and market fundamentals.
• Ability to multi-task independently in a dynamic and changing business environment, within the global structure and under tight deadlines.
• Must be Indonesian National

Desirable Criteria and Qualifications

• MBA or other financial certification including CFA, FRM, CPA.
• Strong knowledge of energy markets, including the refining sector and/or experience in the downstream segment.
• Project management experience, with demonstrated capability to lead and deliver project initiatives across regional or global teams.
• Ability to independently devise innovative solutions to address complex business problemsFluent English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
