TASPEN was established as a state-owned company under the Government Regulation No 15 of 1963. Marketing Communication

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Drug-free.
• Never been dishonorably dismissed as an employee / employee in an agency, both government and private agencies;
• Never been sentenced to prison based on a Court Decision that has a fixed legal power for committing a crime;
• Willing to undergo an official bond for 2 (two) years starting from the date of entry into force of the work agreement;
• Not have family relationship:
• Family / kinship (father / mother / sister / brother / son-in-law) with the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT TASPEN (Persero);
• Children / daughter-in-law of PT TASPEN (Persero) employees who still have a working period of more than 2 (two) years from the Pension Age Limit (BUP) at the year of receipt.
• Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

Special Requirements.

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) education.
• Maximum age of 32 years old as of 31 December 2018.
• Preferably graduated from Communication field.
• Preferably for those who have experience in the field of marketing communication.
