Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• S1/S2 degree with GPA > 3.00, majoring in Management, Marketing, Economy Study, Accounting, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Preferably actively involved in organizational experience.

Staff Development Program (SDP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• D3 degree with GPA > 3.00, majoring in Administration, Accounting, All engineering background.
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Preferably actively involved in organizational experience.

TAM Internship Program

Requirements

• Last semester undergraduate student (6th -  8th semester), majoring in one of these majors :
• Economics / Business/ Management
• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Actively involved in organizational activities
• Willing to take 6 month Full-Time Internship period.
