Senior Officer - Human Capital Operations

Qualifications include but not limited:

• Bachelor degree (S1) from any major discipline.
• Ten (10) years of HR experiences with minimum of five (5) years dealing with multi culture staff and formalities in Oil and Gas industry. 
• Good understanding of Government regulation related to formalities, PTK 18, Business Process and Policy Development. Good knowledge in  Intercultural building relationship. 
• Excellent relationship skill. Strong and effective communication skills in Bahasa and English both oral & written.
• Good analytical skills, multitasking.
• Job Classification: Permanent Position

Manager, External Relations & Communications

Qualifications include but not limited:

• Hold Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communication or equivalent.
• Min 10 years of professional experience in Government Affairs and/or Communications with at least 5-8 years in the oil and gas sector and leading Communication/Government Affairs Team.
• Experience in business development and business networking, extensive relationship with national and local government bodies and exposure to crisis communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diplomacy with very strong proficiency of written and spoken business English and Bahasa. 
• Good organisational skills, excellent project and time management with multi-tasking and decision-making.
• Management, business and risk management skills, strategic and analytical thinking, E&P commercial and business process understanding, negotiation skills, thorough understanding of local and where applicable international standards.
• Job Classification: Permanent Position
