Requirements

• Male / Female.
• Minimum age of 22 years and a maximum age of 46 years old.
• Possess driving license (SIM) class B2 Umum.
• Minimum education for junior high school (SMP).
• Drug free and not color blind.

1. Photograph 4x6 (3 sheets);
2. Copy of valid ID Card;
3. Copy of SIM B2 Umum;
4. Curriculum Vitae;
5. Legalized copy of diploma;
6. Health and No Color Blindness Certificate from the Government Hospital;
7. Drug free  Certificate from the Government Hospital;
8. Copy of SKCK
9. Copy of Family Card
10. Letter of work experience (if any);
11. Certificate of Domicile of Local RT / RW.
