General Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen
- Physically healthy and free of drugs, proven by a Health Certificate from a government Doctor / Institution
- Maximum 50 years old when appointed as a Director PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Subsidiary Company
- Never been declared bankrupt within 5 (five) years before appointed as a Director PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Subsidiary Company
- Never been a member of the Board of Directors or member of the Board of Commissioners / Supervisory Board which stated guilty of causing a state owned enterprise (SOE), SOE subsidiary company and / or company declared bankrupt within 5 (five) years before appointed as a Director PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Subsidiary Company
- Never been convicted of a criminal offense that is detrimental to the state's finances, state owned enterprise (SOE), SOE subsidiary company, company and / or related to the financial sector within 5 (five) years before appointed as a Director PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Subsidiary Company
- Not an administrator of political party, and / or legislative member, and / or are not being nominated themselves as a legislative candidate
- Not the head / deputy head of a region and / or not being nominated as a candidate for head / deputy head of a region
- Not serving as a member of the Board of Directors PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Subsidiary Company for 2 (two) consecutive periods
- Not currently serving as an official at the Institution, Member of the Board of Commissioners / Board of Trustees at BUMN, Member of the Board of Directors in state owned enterprise (SOE), SOE subsidiary company, company and willing to resigning from a position based on laws and regulations is prohibited from being doubled with the position of Member of the Board of Directors if elected as Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Subsidiary Company
- Willing to resign from a position based on laws and regulations is prohibited from concurrently with the position of the Member of the Board of Directors if elected as a Member of the Board of Directors
- Well behaved, proven by a valid Police Certificate (SKCK) from the local Police Resort (Polres)
- Not included in the list of despicable people or is undergoing legal processes that already have permanent legal force
- Never been dishonorably dismissed as an employee or official of an agency, institution, businesse agency, and a company both government and private
- Minimum possess Bachelor degree
- Have work experience at minimum level of Vice President (1 level below the Director) minimum 5 (five) years, as proven by a Letter of Appointment and an Employment Certificate (reference) from the previous employer with good judgment
- Having a track record that shows success in managing state owned enterprise (SOE) / SOE subsidiary company / company / institution in question concerned before nominating with proven in the portfolio
