Senior HSE Officer

Requirements

• Male, with maximum forty five (45) years old,
• Minimum undergraduate degree (S1) in Health, Safety, and Environmental background or equivalent is a must,
• Having three (3) years of working experience as HSE Coordinator in construction industry,
• Advanced knowledge of QMS ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 as well as HSE corporate plan and implementation,
• Experience in HSE audits, and inspections,
• Leading and delivering HSE programs such as mentoring, training & awareness programs, incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes; and emergency response plan,
• Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision,
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Show leadership and also good team member,

Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum undergraduate degree (S1) and preferably graduate degree (Masters) in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum experienced 3 years as a Project Manager in Infrastructure: road, railway, airport, reservoir, canal, sewage treatment, port or similar, preferably experienced in large-scale Infrastructure projects throughout Indonesia,Understanding Business Processes, Work System and Work Method in the field of construction,Preferably have an Expertise Certificate (SKA) Ahli Madya in infrastructure field,
• Understand the ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Quality Management Systems,
• Understand the Health and Safety Management System (SMK3),
• Active in English both verbally and in writing, and
• Willing to be placed in all regions and remote areas of the country.
