Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Development Manager in Power Plant Inbdustry (Micro Hydro Power Plant, Solar, etc).
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Have an EPIC Culture (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Innovative, Competitive).

Manager SDM

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology and Law.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of Human Resource or Human Capital.
• Required experience in the field of Business Development or related for at least 5 years.
• Preferably have experience in the field of Organization Development and Talent Management.
• Strong communication skill in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Have an EPIC Culture (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Innovative, Competitive).
• Willing to be placed throughout the Company's work area.
