Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Requirements

• Male / Female, maximum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum height 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female, proportional (according to Body Mass Index).
• Minimum D3 in all majors (preferably Language or Tourism).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) on a scale of 4.00.
• Single/not married (as evidenced by a certificate of unmarried from the Village Office).
• Physically and mentally healthy (as evidenced by a drug-free certificate from the Hospital).
• Not wearing glasses (minus) and not color blind (as evidenced by a certificate from the Hospital)
• Good looking and friendly
• Mastering at least 2 languages (Indonesian and English) well orally and in writing and does not have a strong regional accent.
• Computer literate,  minimum Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking.
• Helpful and good self-control.
• Preferably domiciled in Pontianak, Pekanbaru, and Medan.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed in all regions of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi.

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum SMA / SMK or equivalent.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Not tattooed and pierced.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Thorough, handy, honest and responsible.
• Good behavior.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Have high integrity at work.
• Willing to work in shifts.
