In order to maintain its position as world's most efficient coal producer, KPC is under taking formal continous business and performance improvement. PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) has mining concessions with a size of approximately 90,938 hectares in Sangatta and Bengalon in the East Kalimantan province of Indonesia. In 2012, KPC’s total coal production at the Sangatta and Bengalon mines reached 41.0 million tonnes up from 40.5 million tonnes in 2011.
Opportunities exist for new graduates to join KPC for the following position:

Graduate Development Program (GDP)

Graduate Civil (Code: GDP-CIVIL)

Requirements

• Hold an Bachelor degree / Master degree degree in the disciplines indicated above (Civil Engineering). 
• Not older than 25 years (for Bachelor degree) or 28 years (for Master degree) of age in the year of admittance. 
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for Bachelor degree) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for Master degree)
• Pass psychological test.
• Pass technical test.
• Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level).
• Pass medical test.

Graduate IT (Code: GDP-IT)

Requirements

• Hold an Bachelor degree / Master degree degree in the disciplines indicated above (Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering (Electronics & Instrumentation, Software, Information Systems & Technology). 
• Not older than 25 years (for Bachelor degree) or 28 years (for Master degree) of age in the year of admittance. 
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for Bachelor degree) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for Master degree)
• Pass psychological test.
• Pass technical test.
• Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level).
• Pass medical test.

Graduate Mechanical (Code: GDP-MECHANICAL)

Requirements

• Hold an Bachelor degree / Master degree degree in the disciplines indicated above (Mechanical Engineering). 
• Not older than 25 years (for Bachelor degree) or 28 years (for Master degree) of age in the year of admittance. 
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for Bachelor degree) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for Master degree)
• Pass psychological test.
• Pass technical test.
• Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level).
• Pass medical test.
