Requirements

- Be a clear, confident and persuasive communicator, with excellent presentation skills and with the Able to structure a coherent, logical argument and the confidence to defend assumptions, projections, and recommendations.

UI Designer
Requirements

- Proven UI experience.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Requirements

- Min 2 - 3 years experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in design software (e.g. : InVision, Axure, etc.)
- Proficient in design project.
- Have knowledge in C/C++, Java, Phyton, is a plus.

Flow Designer
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1).

- Proven work experience as a Workflow Designer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role.
- Have relevant work experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.
- Expertise in navigating through the layers of the Data Warehouse from the Integration layer all the way through the SQL optimization engine.
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.
- Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.

- Led software development workstreams inside larger projects.
- Proficiency developing in multiple languages - Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C# and Go
- Experience developing with microservices, serverless Functions, API Gateways, NoSQL, queues and more.
- Automated test-driven approaches to software development.
- Experience of working in SCM and CI/CD-based environments.
- AWS associate developer or solutions architect certification.

Database Designer
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1).
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Experienced in developing database solutions (SQL Server, or other).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases, ETL processes, replication, cloud database services and shell scripting on Linux and other modern technology platforms.
- Experienced architecting and developing database schemas and stored procedures.
