Professional Hire : IT Strategic & Compliance Manager

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Information Systems / Information Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology Management / Similar Programs.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the fields of strategy/planning, architecture, and governance and Information Technology Compliance.
• Mastering IT governance and architecture frameworks such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, DAMABOK, PMBOK, ISO27001, ISO20000, etc.
• Mastering IT architecture software (Archi, Enterprise Architect, E / R Studio, etc.).
• Mastering IT concepts and their application in holding and sub-holding companies.
• Able to ensure IT governance and compliance according to IT Maturity Level Targets.
• Able to design, implement and evaluate IT policies/procedures according to the framework.

Professional Hire : Manager BIM

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hands-on BIM Authoring Tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hands-on BIM CDE Tools.
• Have experience with the point cloud.
• Have knowledge and experience about setting geolocation projects out, implementing and using coordinates, publishing coordinates, managing 3D site models.
• Experienced in making complex parametric objects.
• Have knowledge and experience in managing internal and external BIM data and coordinating reviews between BIM models and linked models.
• Have knowledge and experience of multidisciplinary and multiplatform integration via IFC, COBie and Uniclass.
• Have knowledge and experience with coordination review, simulation, and clash detection tools.
• Experienced with project scheduling Project and Primavera.
