Senior Officer Security Program Portfolio Management

Job Description:
  • Work closely with Advisor Program Portfolio Management, IT Business Partners, Central IT PMO, and cross-functional teams to review and provide feedbacks on the program's scope, deliverables, schedule, and required resources; 
  • Implement and enforce Telkomsel’ s program delivery standards, methods, tools and PMO governance standards in the domain;
  • Ensure that program's risks, assumptions, issues, and program / cross program dependencies (RAID) are consolidated and managed;
  • Drive and manage the issues resolution and/or risk mitigations plan by facilitating problem solving and recommending required actions;
  • Escalate major issues and risks to Advisor Program Portfolio Management to accelerate decision making and issue solving;
  • Track, control, and report workstream deliverables, activities, risks, action items, issues, and dependencies that are related with functional activities;
  • Leverages on domain knowledge to ensure appropriate review and quality validation occurs for functional deliverables;
  • Support the creation and distribution of executive reports for program reporting cadence including data consolidation from multiple programs with the agreed frequency;
  • Facilitate and monitor the program day-to-day activities in term or administrative needs;
  • Setup and support program governance sessions (Steer Co / PMC) report as required.
Requirements:
a. Competencies : 
  • IT Program & Project Management, Agile framework, Communication skill, Conflict Management and Issue resolution, Negotiation skill, Problem solving, Decision Making, Data Analysis, Presentation Skill, Reporting and Cadence Management.
b. Education    :  
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines;
  • Certifications in project management such PMP, CAPM or agile frameworks is a plus.
 c. Experience   : 
  • Minimum 7 years of working experiences with a minimum 3 years spent in leading and managing IT Projects as IT Project Manager, Project Leader, Business Intelligence Technical Lead, PMO Lead or in similar capacity. 
  • Have some exposures in BI & Analytics Frameworks & Technologies
Manager Automation Governance

Job Description:
  • Responsible for designing the Automation Policy, Automation Operating Model, Control Framework standards and Quality Assurance methodology;
  • Senior resources who are skilled at Intelligent Automation (IA) and also adept in Project Management as they need to liaise with the BUs to ensure progress as per plan;
  • An escalation route for problem solving issues that arise surrounding Intelligent Automation (IA) processes and will provide timely responses and solutions as required;
  • Confirms technical feasibility of implementing proposed to be process designed by Intelligent Automation (IA) Configurator and SME;
  • Liaises with Intelligent Automation (IA) vendors on software related issues and provide resolutions with agreed service levels;
  • Defines training curriculum and certification process for the Capability in TSEL and the BUs;
  • Updates and delivers training materials to existing and new process teams / Business Units
  • Manages the L3 level vendor support to the BUs and co-ordinates with the IA experts in their respective vendor alliances;
  • Provides governance support to the Intelligent Automation (IA) Governance CoE team by collaborating with operations CoE team and reporting the KPis and status to the Intelligent Automation (IA) CoE Lead.
Requirements:
a. Competencies : 
  • Intelligent Automation (IA), Artificial Intelligence (Not limited to ML, BPM, IDP, NLP, Data & Analytics etc).
b. Education    :  
  • Informatics Engineering, Informatics System, Informatics Management, Computer Engineering, etc.
c. Experience   : 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Intelligent Automation.
  • Experience as Team Lead/ key member in project with min 15 robots implementation, opportunity assessment and change management
  • Strong leadership and analytical skill
