Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima pangkalan utamanya di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani akan tetapi maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, Susi Air awalnya didirikan untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Pada 2005 Grand Caravan ketiga bergabung dengan armada Susi Air sehingga Susi Air dapat memulai penerbangan berjadwal dari Medan. Selanjutnya selain beberapa Grand Caravan tambahan, Diamond Twin Star, Pilatus Turbo Porter dan Diamond Diamond Star pun ditambahkan ke dalam armada Susi Air. Pada Juni 2009, Susi Air mengumumkan bahwa mereka telah memesan 30 pesawat Grand Caravan di Paris Air Show. Susi Air membuka lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut ini.
1. HR GENERALIST
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in all major form reputable university
- Minimum experience 1-2 years as an HR Generalist
- Outstanding knowledge of Ms Office, HRIS systems will be a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Verbal and written English communication skills is a must
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Work well under pressure
- Skill in multitasking and have excellent organizational skill
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

- Recruits, interviews and facilities the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skill and competencies required for openings
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Implements new hire orientalist and employee recognition programs
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and level, performance management, productivity, and morale, occupational health and safety

Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Minimum experience 2 years in aviation company or related field
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
- Able to conducts psychological testing and explain the result to users
- Persuasive and goal-oriented

- Develop and implement recruitment plan, including all recruitment process and regarding organizational development
- Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process from screening to exit interview & off boarding
- Ensure that all employee have job descriptions and coordinating with all user
- In charge for talent acquisition including talent pool management
