Pada tahun 1963 barulah nama BankTabungan Negara (Bank BTN) resmi digunakan sebagai nama perusahaan.Pada tahun 1950, bank ini diambil alih oleh pemerintah Indonesia dan berganti nama menjadi Kantor Tabungan Pos.Pada tahun 1963, bank ini kembali berganti nama menjadi Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) dan secara resmi dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Indonesia (BUMN) pada tahun 1968 hingga saat ini.PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN) membuka lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut ini.
1. General Banking Staff (GBS)
Persyaratan Pelamar:
- Indonesian Citizens
- Male and Female
- Single and willing to not marry during the service bond
- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old (not yet 25th in the current recruitment year)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Minimum height 160 cm for male dan 155 cm for female
- Physically proportional and has good appearance
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond
- Have no family relation with Bank BTNemployee such as parents or siblings.
- Wilayah Rekrutmen: Sumatera, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Jawa Barat, Jabodetabek

- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Preferably has pleasant appearance
- Preferably domicile from recruitment area
- Have no family relation with Bank BTN employee such as parents or siblings
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond
- Wilayah Rekrutmen: Tegal, Surabaya, Makassar, Bandar Lampung, Sorong, Manokwari

- Single and willing to not marry during 2 years of service bond
- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Preferably has pleasant appearance
- Preferably domicile from recruiment area
- Have no family relation with Bank BTN such as parents or siblings
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond
- Wilayah Rekrutmen: Tegal, Surabaya, Sorong, Manokwari
Persyaratan Pelamar:
- Indonesian Citizens
- Female
- Single and willing to not marry during the 2 years of service bond
- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old (not yet turning 25 years old by the year of the recruitment)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 (preferably secretary major)
- Minimum height 155 cm Prefferably physically proportional and has pleasant appearance
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond
- Have no family relation with Bank BTN employee such as parents or siblings
- Wilayah Rekrutmen: Jakarta
