Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to compile financial reports.
- Able to work individually or team work.
- Worked well under preassure.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Fluency in Indonesian and English are required.
- Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Analytical Thinking Understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain financial matters to non-financial teams.
- Maintains thorough and organized financial records.

- Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
- Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Supporting any financial processes required.
- Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or related field is a plus
- Experience in customer service or call centre operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in Indonesian is required. Basic English proficiency is preferred
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed
- Able to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cooperates effectively with OCC, ticketing, and other related teams
- Customer-service-oriented and responsive.
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding flight information, bookings, and general inquiries, Managing reservations, reschedules, and cancellations using the internal booking system
- Attention to detail, especially in handling time-sensitive and client-specific requests.
Requirements:
- Minumum D3/S1 in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or a related field
- Prior experience in charter flight coordination, customer service, or aviation-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrates responsiveness and a client-first attitude
- Able to build lasting relationships with charter clients.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Able to work under pressure.
- Accuracy in handling flight details, documentation, and client instructions is critical.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including weekends or holidays
- Coordinate charter flight operations from inquiry to execution
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Prepare, manage, and archive all necessary charter flight documentation
- Liaise between internal departments and external vendors
- Support sales activities
- Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive requests
- Stay informed on all client-specific needs, VIP protocols, and compliance requirements related to charter operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- Prior experience in handling expatriate documentation or legal compliance is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiar with Indonesian immigration systems and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Manage the complete process of immigration and legal documentation for expatriates, including but not limited to: KITAS, VISA, IMTA, RPTKA, SKTT, and EPO/TSP.
- Monitor application status and updates through government platforms such as TKA Online and eVisa systems.
- Act as a liaison between expatriates, HR, and management to ensure accurate and timely handling of documentation, resignations, and KITAS renewals
- Proactively plan and set reminders for permit renewals
- Provide administrative support for expat onboarding processes
- Stay informed about changes in laws/regulations and communicate updates
- Provide weekly reports or updates upon request regarding the status of ongoing processes and compliance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance
- Fresh Graduate with the skills needed are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)
- Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools
- Experience in inventory usage reconciliation and cost calculation
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Perform accurate and timely journal entries
- Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
- Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
- Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
- Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
Requirements :
- Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
- Have an Aviation educational background
- Must posses active FOO License
- Must Have attended airline operations courses
- Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent verbal English and written English
- Great communication skills
- Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
- Worked well under pressure
- Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
- Have knowledge of flight operations
