The organization structure of Kemenpora is supported by 5 deputies, 4 expert staff, and 3 buerau. Since January 2013, Kemenpora is headed by Roy Suryo Notodiprojo or more popularly called Reoy Suryo as a Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora). He is replacing Andi Mallarangeng who resigned in December 2012.

Program Pemuda Sarjana Penggerak Pembangunan di Perdesaan (PSP-3) Tahun 2014
Angkatan XXIV Tahun 2014

In 2014 The Ministry of Youth and Sports will recruit 1,000 graduates from various disciplines to become a participant PSP-3. The Program was conducted in 494 villages cross Province, 251 districts in 33 provinces throughout Indonesia. PSP-3 is one of the models in rural poverty alleviation programs involving youth educated scholar.

General Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any disciplines (attach legalized copies of diploma and trancript)
• Maximum age 26 years old, as evidenced by Copy of ID Card and legized copy of birth certificate
• Unmarried certificate from the headman of the village
• Statement letter stamped Rp 6,000 :
• Not married and willing to not married during the contract period of PSP-3 (known and signed by the parents).
• Not under contract as an employee in Government  or Private Agencies. 
• Not applying to be a civil servant (PNS) during the contract period of PSP-3.
• Good behavior, evidenced by Police Records (SKCK) from local Police Department
• Physically and mentally healthy, evidenced by medical certificate from Government Doctors.
• Drug-free certificate from Public Hospital/PUSKESMAS.
• Having organizational experience
• Statement letter : Not to continuing study at college during the contract period of PSP-3.
• Have a good skills in writing and documentation reports.
• Has never participated in the state-funded program of SP3 or PSP-3.
• Willing to sign a contract.
• Willing to be placed in the village location of assignment throughout Indonesia.
• Recent color photograph 3x4 (2 pieces).
