To support the performance of the company and improve operational targets in 2015, PT Pertamina (Persero)  job opening for the position and the following requirements:

Legal Counsel - Junior Legal Counsel Business Development (LEGALC1409) 

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Law.
  • Capabilities and competencies: 
    • Knowing and understanding the Indonesian law and international law 
    • Knowing and understanding the petroleum business and operational 
    • Knowing and understanding the laws relating to petroleum 
    • Knowing and understanding the business law. 
    • Possess excellent negotiation skill.
  • Having at least 5 years experience in the related field.
Legal Counsel - Junior Legal Counsel Product (LEGALC1410) 

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Law.
  • Capabilities and competencies: 
    • Knowing and understanding the Indonesian law and international law 
    • Knowing and understanding the petroleum business and operational 
    • Knowing and understanding the laws relating to petroleum 
    • Knowing and understanding the business law. 
    • Possess excellent negotiation skill.
  • Having at least 5 years experience in the related field.
Legal Counsel - Junior Legal Counsel Conflict & Dispute (LEGALC1411)

Requirements
  • Legal Studies graduated
  • Capabilities and competencies: 
    • Possess excellent arbitration, mediation, ligitation and negotiation skills.
    • Knowing and understanding the Indonesian and international law.
    • Knowing and understanding the process of inquiry and investigation of competition issues..
    • Knowing and understanding the proceedings at the Forum / institute Arbitration / Court.
  • Having at least 5 years experience, specifically related to conflict and dispute.
