cdcindonesia.com - Good night all the colleagues, the following job information comes from one of the company's financial managers and is a leading state-owned company in Indonesia that runs in social insurance industry which specializes in managing pension funds for the members of Indonesian Military (TNI), Indonesian Police (POLRI) and the Civil Servants (PNS) in the Ministry of Defense (Kemhan), that is PT ASABRI (Persero) or ASABRI.This company profile can be seen as follows.ASABRI now operates 12 branch offices, 12 supporting branch officees, 1 Central Service Unit and 1 Specific Service Unit across the archipelago. ASABRI has recorded a good performance in 2013. Total assets recorded as Rp 9.5 trillion, 5/73% increased from Rp 8.99 trillion in 2012 d 13.2%, according to ASABRI financial report 2013.
To support the performance of the company and increase its profit optimally in the management of the pension budget, PT ASABRI (Persero)  hiring for the position and the following requirements:

Kepala Kantor Cabang
Jayapura, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Surabaya, Semarang, and Bandung

Requirements
  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) from accredited university  (preferably), or pass SESKO for retired applicants.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager will be an advantage.
  • Have a good leadership skill.
  • Able to build good relationships with relevant partners.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about the laws and regulations related to insurance companies, financial statements and employment.
  • Have a high integrity, good self-control and extensive knowledge.
  • Able to understand the company's business processes.
Kepala Divisi Pensiun

Requirements
  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) from accredited university (preferably), or pass SESKO for retired applicants.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the field of retirement will be an advantage.
  • Mastering and proficient in retirement problem solving.
  • Able to build good relationships with relevant partners.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about the laws and regulations related to financial statements.
  • Able to solve problems in the field of pensions.
Kepala Divisi Sistem Informasi

Requirements
  • Minimal S1 accredited (preferably Department of Informatics or Information Systems), or Pass SESKO for applicants retired.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the field of IT will be an advantage.
  • Able to translate Business Process into the program flow.
  • Able to be a leader in building a large system (Integrated on the whole division).
  • Mastering IT management with particular regard to Programming, Networking, Technical Support, System Analysis and Oracle Database.
  • Precedence has certified and able to implement the following areas:
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • IT Service Management or IT Service Support Management (ITSM or ITSSM)
  • Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM).
  • ISO and IT Audit.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Able to manage IT devices (Server SUN / IBM / HP, Cisco Devices and Mikrotik.
Kepala Satuan Pengawas Internal

Requirements
  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) from accredited university (preferably), or pass SESKO for retired applicants.
  • Preferably certified QIA (Qualified Auditor).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the field of in the field of supervision and inspection will be an advantage.
  • Have a good leadership skill.
  • Able to build good relationships with relevant partners.
  • Have an understanding of related regulation.
  • Understanding the Management Control Systems and the stages of preparation of the audit, the audit to preparing the audit report.
  • Understanding the meaning of negotiation in business, law and personal.
  • Understanding the risk-based internal audit from the planning phase, the testing and verification to the report stage.
  • Understanding the principles of reporting, concise and objective as well as communicative and follow-up.
  • Have high integrity, good self-control, and extensive knowledge.
  • Able to understand the company's business processes. 
General Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
  • Physical and spiritual health.
  • Maximum age 50 years old as of 31 December 2014 for the Managerial Position from the general public applicants.
  • Maximum age of 59 years old as of 31 December 2014 for the Managerial Position from retired / superannuated applicants. 
  • Status not as civil servants, members of the military / police or state / local enterprises (able to retire early).
  • Never dishonorably discharged as an employee.
  • Not located as a member and / or official of political party.
  • Never be severely punished by court decisions as evidenced by the Police Notes (SKCK).
  • Able to operate computer.
