Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements

• S1/S2 from the best university from all diciplines, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Public Health and Nursing.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (S1) and 3.20 (S2).
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written, proven by TOEFL cerificate with minimum score of 450.
• Not married and willing to not get married during the education period of MDP.
• Willing to be placed in all networks/branches of BSM throughout Indonesia.
• Involved actively in both academic and non academic activity student organization.
