[Talent Pool] Assistant Logistic Manager Outer Island

Main Job Purpose

• To support Logistics Outer Islands Manager ensuring supply / distribution product to customer in respective DC will happen at the right quantity, good quality with best cost to serve.

Job Summary

• Network Review: Manage and review supply / distribution network for customers in Outer Island
• Capacity Review: Manage and review current warehouse capacity vs long term stock projection
• Stocks Write Off: Do regular write off for SLOB stocks at DC Outer Island
• Stocks Monitoring: Monitor DC stock healthiness and housekeeping
• Manage and monitor daily throughput in each DC to meet the target
• Customer Service: Maintain and collaborate with other function to maximize dispatch of allocated stocks to customers
• Cost Control: Monitor and manage logistics operation cost at DC Outer Island

Key Requirements

• Min 3 years work experience in Supply Chain (experience in Logistic will be an advantage).
• Having good understanding of business processes and operations both of Primary and Secondary Sales.
• Having good geographical knowledge of his / her DC area including:
• Geographical challenge (historical natural disaster and solution)
• Network / distribution route to each distributors
• Having Driving license
