Recruitment and Selection Staff - Jakarta

Job Description
  • Responsible in carry out activities to meet employee needs through employee needs mapping, organizing new employee selection and employee assessment to ensure the fulfillment of labor needs from clerk level up to assistant manager level, as well as carry out employee relations activities to help ensuring good relationship between employees and between employees with the company. 
Qualifications
  • Possess Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology
  • Have minimum 2 years working experience in same function
  • Understand some Psychology Test tools and Interview Technique (BEI)
  • Know some recruitment tasks such as MPP (Man Power Planning)
  • Have working experience cooperate with third parties such as, University, Head Hunter, and others
  • Have good interpersonal skill
  • Have good integrity, discipline, and high commitment
  • Have strong orientation toward customers
  • Have strong willingness to learn and work to achieve the best result
  • Able to work in a team or with individual target
  • Never been dishonorably dismissed as an employee from or government agency or private legal entity
  • Well-behaved, expressed by Police Certificate (SKCK)
  • Physically and mentally healthy: not color blind neither partial or total, free of drugs or other additives abuse
