1. Field Collection

Job Descriptions :

• Perform field collection visits to non-performing loan portfolios
• Prepare collection deposit slips and a list of debtors before every visits
• Update all visit results through daily reports
• Follow up on contactable debtors with payment promises
• Follow up on debtors who breach their promise-to-pay

Requirements :

• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field collection
• Understands BI regulations, OJK regulations, and other regulations related to banking activities
• Able to operate Microsoft Office well
• Understands general banking operations

2. Desk Collection

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for collection from customers for the non-performing loan portfolio under management via telephone
• Performing duties for all debtor billing result
• Updating all debtor billing results through daily reports
• Following up on debtors who have under perform on non-performing loans.
• Working in a team and individual contributor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Experiences in skip trace are an advantage.
• Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating repayment terms and methods.
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Able to work together with a team or Individual.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

3. Collection Partnership Management

Job Descriptions :

• Identify quality assurance findings from reports that need to be submitted to loan channeling / joint financing partners.
• Communicate quality assurance findings to relevant departments at loan channeling / joint financing partners.
• Monitoring that revision carried out by partners are in accordance with bank standards and regulations.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to findings and completion from partners.
• Coordinate with all partners regarding data requests related to quality assurance loan channeling / joint financing sampling to be fulfilled by each partner.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any fields.
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in banking product operations/business, especially loan channeling / joint financing.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint & Excel.
• Understands BI regulations, OJK regulations, and other regulations related to banking activities.

4. Collection Trainer

Job Descriptions :

• Create the Collection Team’s training work plan (including curriculum & training materials, making quiz, written tests, and roleplays), also creating the training reports to be submitted
• Ensure the training program is completed according to the timeline and requirements standardized
• Follow up on QC results to fulfill the training needs
• Analyze training results on a regular basis to be submitted to management, to find out which parts need to be improved or strengthened
• Update with any new banking products
• Validate SOP flow process

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Collection/Asset Recovery TrainingGreat public speaking is a required skill
• Understands regulations & procedures related to the banking industry
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
