1. Assistant Innovation Planning Manager – Skin Cleansing

Job Purpose :

  • Managing overall innovation network
  • Ensuring masterdata and product readiness for innovation projects
  • Executing OTIF fulfillment for innovation
  • Business waste management on transition
  • Inventory management
Candidate Criteria :
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or science
  • Strong background in project management and supply chain management
  • Knowledge in end-to-end supply chain planning from forecasting to purchasing and inventory control, including master data management process. Proficiency in MS Excel and Project Management tools.

2. Customer Development Excellence Yogyakarta

Main Job Purpose :
  • Develop UFS Business through Trade channel and Horeca Channel by collaboration and lead Distributor to achieve UFS Target.
Key Accountabilities :
  • DT management: Handling, manage and ensure Distributor in respected area achieve UFS target in right ways and bring good service level to customer.
  • Develop Trade Channel: Ensure UFS Product in every display of our Wholesaler / LCC and target to increasing sku/ outlet.
  • Develop Horeca Channel: Create demand creation in every potential Horeca operator for UFS business usage.
  • Penetration: ensure UFS product distributed and penetrated align with UFS Strategy
  • Chefmanship : Interest and full learning of culinary capability to bring demand creation and bring solution to customer by using UFS Product.
Essential :
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia area.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Professional with minimum 2 years relevant working experiences as Sales Supervisor in FMCG business.
  • Solid experiences in managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, Go to Market Strategy & trade category.
  • Proven leading team experience& good negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
  • Excellent Microsoft office & excel, able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Travel :
  • Consider for 1 month in every quarter will be travelling for 3-4 weeks.
3. Assistant Area Sales Manager General Trade Outer Island (Indonesia Timur: e.g Papua, Maluku, Kalimantan, Sulawesi)

Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification :
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales FMCG, experience managing a team/sales force, and having experience in distributor management is advantage.
  • Has been in current position for minimum of 3 years.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Willing to be located anywhere across Indonesia.

4. Deputy ICC Category Management Manager

What can you expect from the role?

Role :
As a market leader, Unilever has responsibility to grow total retailer category. Hence, Unilever invest in ICC (Indonesia Collaboration Center) to support go-to-market teams with tools & capabilities to serve the connected shoppers. This role is expected to:
  • lead and safeguard the quality of all category management initiatives with ICC capabilities, including replanogramming & store relayouting
  • review category management initiatives result
  • drive 6P perfect stores
  • conduct research on channel & shoppers
  • manage research support to various stakeholders (CSP, CMI, Brand) and responsible to provide relevant insights
  • manage & develop ICC spacemen team capabilities
  • support JBP agenda for key customers, with a focus on LMT customers.
This role will be reporting to MT Channel Development & ICC manager and dotted reporting to LMT Business Development Manager for LMT category management initiatives.
